Nirusha Pahladi is an Accredited Registered Associate Nutritionist from the Association of Nutrition (AfN) in the UK. She has previously gained international work experience in Singapore as a nutritionist consultant in both clinical setting and food industry. She is now currently a practicing nutritionist in Mauritius and her aims, professionalisms and experiences are to help people to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve their life goals.

Nirusha's work combines her commitment to continuous scientific evidence-based research to deliver the most updated nutrition services with her belief that every individual can succeed, be healthy and feel inspired about oneself. Nirusha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Kingston University London in the United Kingdom. In her spare time, Nirusha can be found traveling to far-off countries, and, as a self-proclaimed “foodie,” exploring the expansive of multicultural food paradigms.
