Cancellation policy
In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and appointments, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.

Arriving
If your consultation is scheduled at a specific time, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to get settled and start on time. Arriving late will deprive you of consultation minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We do understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to provide the most complete consultation possible in the time remaining. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in full charges and the session to be cancelled. For this reason, I recommend that you plan ahead for your session. I will be happy to answer any questions your may have.
Cancellations
Cancelling with Less than 24 Hours Notice:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call us on 57716377 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid paying the additional full fee on your next appointment. Sincere we turn away other clients to hold your reservation accordingly.
Illness or Emergency:
We realise that sometimes a sudden illness or an emergency can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice. In this instance we will use our discretion and if the circumstances are sudden and out of your control we work with you to reschedule your appointment.
